Quite simply EXCELLENT service - I contacted this company via the chat gadget regarding my heel pain. They didn't try to sell me anything but recommended some stretching exercises in the first instance that I could access from a NHS website. Exercises certainly helped to ease the pain and have ended up buying Slimflex Berry insoles which with the exercises have almost completely eased the pain.
