Slimflex Berry orthotic insoles are excellent, repeat purchase. I started using as NHS supplied a 3/4 insole of same make but wanted full insole. A bit disappointed you use non-recyclable plastic packing--it would cost pence to use recycled! It costs so little to help save our planet! Hi Quinton, Thank you for your feedback - we try where possible to remove single use plastic from our supply chain and as such request suppliers send product to us us with no commercial packaging. Quite simply EXCELLENT service - I contacted this company via the chat gadget regarding my heel pain. They didn't try to sell me anything but recommended some stretching exercises in the first instance that I could access from a NHS website. Exercises certainly helped to ease the pain and have ended up buying Slimflex Berry insoles which with the exercises have almost completely eased the pain.
